

Squad 1 is a 2007 Ford F-150 Crewcab. It is used as a First Responder vehicle
for medical emergencies and motor vehicle accidents. It features an extend-o-bed
for carrying extrication equipment and side compartments for carrying our medical equipment. This truck also serves as our command truck on major incidents.

Engine 1 is a 2008 Crimson pumper, with a six man cab. It is used as a first
out engine for structure fires, and other emergencies. It features a 1500 gpm
pump and 1,000 gallon water tank. There are five SCBA packs, thermal imaging
camera, High Intensity Discharge scene lights, numerous hand tools and ladders, ventilation equipment, medical equipment, and 1,000 feet of 5” hose on this apparatus.
 Brush 1 is a 2009 Ford F-350 Crewcab. It is used as a primary response
vehicle to grass/brush fires. It features a 250 gpm pump, 200 gallon water tank,
and a 10 gallon foam cell. We carry an assortment of hand tools for putting out
the fire and medical equipment in the side boxes. There is 150 feet of 1” hose
on the hose reel.

Tanker 1 is a 2006 GMC 8500. It carries 2000 gallons of water and has
500 gpm pump. It is used as a water tender for other apparatus at a fire.
It can refill many brush trucks at grass fire before needing to refill and can
give fire engines water at structure fires when a fire hydrant is not close by.
There is a 2100 gal. drop tank mounted in fold down rack for quickly dumping
water into while the fire engine pumps the water out of the drop tank.


Squad 11 is a 2009 Ford F-350 Crew Cab, 4x4. It has a mini-rescue body by
Swab Wagon Co. It is primarily used as a First Responder vehicle for medical emergencies that occur in and around Lavon. It carries 200 gallons of water, and is the second out brush truck. It carries medical and extrication equipment for use on motor vehicle collisions.
 Engine 11 is a 1986 Quality pumper. It is used as our second due fire engine.
It features a 1250 gpm pump and 750 gallon water tank. There are four
SCBA packs, numerous hand tools and ladders, medical equipment,
and 1000 feet of 5” hose.
